Murmuri does not issue refunds. Exchanges or otherwise issues a store credit.
You can return your Murmuri garment up to 5 business days from when your order was delivered.
Murmuri is not responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, in
this way the customer will cover all shipping costs.
To make a change valid, the item must be in perfect condition in the same way it was delivered, without any sign of use, mishandling or washing.
